Our milk is produced, processed and bottled here at Bailey Ground, as is the cream and is available as pasteurised, homogenised full cream, semi-skimmed or skimmed. In the following sizes 500ml, 1 litre and 2 litres.
The cream separated from the milk, is bottled here in 250 ml, 500 ml and 2 litre containers.
Surplus milk is churned in the traditional way to produce our own butter which is slightly salted.
