"Milk from grass to the doorstep without leaving the area"

Our milk is produced, processed and bottled here at Bailey Ground, as is the cream and is available as pasteurised, homogenised full cream, semi-skimmed or skimmed. In the following sizes 500ml,  1 litre and 2 litres.

Cream

The cream separated from the milk, is bottled here in 250 ml, 500 ml and 2 litre containers.

Butter

Surplus milk is churned in the traditional way to produce our own butter which is slightly salted.

Rum Butter

Mawsons Rum Butter is a blend of the freshest butter blended with one of the oldest and arguably the best, rums in the world, Jeffersons Fine Dark Rum, from Whitehaven.
